Ok, I'm considering trying to get a pac mate and gps. I currently use a braille note with gps, and have heard the pac mate gps is not as good. I never use any of the route features of the braille note gps though, so have a couple questions on the pac mate gps. First can I set a destination on the pac mate with out creating a route? So I would have a destination set to Mcdonelds with out telling the gps how I want to get there? Second as I'm walking can I find out what street I'm currently walking along, and what the next intersection is? Third can I have the gps anounce something like 0.53 miles ahead and right to Mcdonelds assuming Mcdonelds is my destination and ahead and on the right?
